Let me introduce myself. My name is Jolanta Urbanavičienė. I would like to share with you my story how coaching became part of my life.

I have over 30 years’ experience in private business. I have to admit that many actions and decisions I was taking based on intuition. Knowledge came with experience. When being employed as marketing director by one of the biggest Lithuanian company, a business partner once mentioned to me Public Relations. It was then, when I heard that this is what I was actually doing without realizing it. In 2000 I founded my private Public Relations agency. To close gaps in public relations theory, I graduated London School of Public Relations. That was a game changer. My private agency became part of Weber Shandwick, one of the biggest Public Relations network agencies in the world.

2014 are marked with changes in my life. I realized that I am ready for a bigger business growth and I want to bring more added value to people. I choose Young Living Company and became its Brand Partner. The reason for such a step was that the Company values matched my personal values and believes.

Today, I am developing my business in 29 countries world-wide. This is the project that gave me opportunities to help thousands and people reach their goals and make their dreams come true. I am very pleased about the success of this activity. On top of that, it also gave me confirmation that relentless personal and professional development bring more efficiency and increase productivity of work.

I took initiative and graduated Anthony Robbins programs „Unleash the power within“ and „Business Mastery“ which gave me more knowledge about coaching. I got no doubt that coaching is one of the effective elements to help reach your goals.
